These are the books I got for this week:

Books Bought:
The Extraordinary Secrets of April, May and June by Robin Benway
I got this from the dollar store, the dollar store which is unbelievable. I remember I’d been searching for this book a couple of years ago, I don’t know how I’d found out about it, I just knew that I’d wanted it. And now, as I am fooling around with my friend sown the aisles of the dollar store picking out a webkinz to buy (I got the velvet elephant for 3 bucks, his name is Elmer) and there right before my eyes are books. Most of course were children’s or were french, but there just before my eyes was a book I thought I would never see again, and so I bought it. For a $1.50.
Glow by Amy Kathleen Ryan
Chapters was having a sale on their bargain books, and this was only $2, I’d seen it around before so I just decided to pick it up.
The Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen
It was a spur of the moment decision to buy this one. I have been trying to save money up for my trip, but this book was just yelling at me to buy it. It was on sale and everything and so I bought it. Also Emma Watson is apparently going to star and produce the movie.
From Giveaways:
The Woken Gods by Gwenda Bond
I’d been waiting to receive this for a while now, somehow the company were having trouble sending out mail and so in return for having made me wait so long they gave me another book which is:
King Maker by Maurice Broaddus
It has no ratings on Goodreads so I don’t know if it will be good or not. Maybe when I’m in the mood for what seems to be some badass Urban Fantasy I’ll have to check it out.
So, what did you get this week?
King Maker does look like a UF with that cover. I got the Queen of Tearling as well this week. Come visit me as well.

A lot of people seemed to have got the Queen of the Tearling this week, but that probably is because it was just released, and it has some really great reviews

I have “The Queen of Tearling” on hold at the library but I have been reading the best worst reviews of that book. I just have to know if it is that bad…or good I guess. Happy reading!

I hope you get to read it soon, and I’ve only seen good things about this book but that could be because I haven’t searched that much.

Thanks, and I hope someday you get the chance to pick it up, unless it turns out it’s a horrible book (but it probably isn’t)

I can’t decide whether to bring it on my trip or not (I don’t want to lose it) or I should just read it before I leave (which I might because I’ve been dying to read it).

Ah! I want The Queen of the Tearling so badly! Where did you find it on sale at? I really want to buy it, but it is so expensive everywhere. I am sure I will give in and buy it at some point, but I would really love to get it on sale, too.

How gorgeous is the cover of Glow, I do have it, but never read it because some reviews put me off it, but I should really read it before I make my own judgement, right? Happy reading! 🙂
