10. Princess of the Silver Woods by Jessica Day George

Princess of the Silver Woods (Princess, #3)

I love fairy tale re-tellings and this series is one of my favourites so far.

9. Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge

Cruel Beauty

Another fairy tale re-telling, but this one is of Beauty and the Beast. I also did a review on it Here

8. The One Kiera Cass

The One (The Selection, #3)

I really enjoyed this series, and the ending was better than expected and I also did a review found Here

7. Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers

Some Girls Are

All of the characters had very in depth character traits and the story was also very well written. More thoughts on it found in my review

6. My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick

My Life Next Door (My Life Next Door, #1)

This book is not only about teen love but about families and the things we will do for them. I also did a review found Here

5. Graceling by Kristin Cashore

Graceling (Graceling Realm, #1)

Honestly the entire series shall be included in this one. This is one of my favourite fantasy series ever.

4.Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1)

Celaena Sardothien is the most ass-kicking of all protagonists I have ever met. I would love to see a battle between her and Katsa from Graceling.

3. Cracked Up To Be by Courtney Summers

Cracked Up to Be

Parker is such a strongly written character and I enjoyed trying to figure out what had happened to her. I have a review found Here

2. Incarnate by Jodi Meadows

Incarnate (Newsoul, #1)

I surprisingly found myself to be quite enthralled in this fantasy world. The whole reincarnation thing reminded me of Doctor Who and I cannot wait for that show to come back. I recently posted a review found Here

1. Seraphina by Rachel Hartman

Seraphina (Seraphina, #1)

Dragons, that is all I have to say! Oh and a sequel is finally coming out soon, I am so stoked!

King Leck from Graceling by Kristin Cashore he was just so well written and I enjoyed learning all about him and his back story in all of the books.

10. Down the Rabbit Hole: What’s the latest book/series/author that’s completely swallowed your interest?

Author Courtney Summers, I read her book What Goes Around, which is a mash up of two of her books, and I must say I really enjoyed her writing. I would completely recommend her books to people who love John Green and Perks of Being a Wallflower by Steven Chbosky

Words cannot describe how much I adore this book. I think I loved from the first line of the book. The book follows a girl named Parker who isn’t your average protagonist. She isn’t the nicest of persons to sum it up. The thing though that draws you in is that she wasn’t always like this. She was popular and captain of the cheer team, but now she is falling behind in school and ruining her relationships. Enter Jake the new kid who just won’t seem to leave her alone and you have a beautiful story about finding out what caused Parker to fall from the top.

The writing of this story was beautifully done. The chapters weren’t too short or too long. It was easy to read but not too easy that you felt like you were reading a child’s book. There were dark plots to this book as well. Everything was realistic, all the relationships and the characters’ reactions, even the characters were so realistic. This book also has a very good mysterious tone to it; I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what happens next.

Overall, I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars for a reason and that is that I loved it and I would recommend it to anyone especially any young adults.

Some Girls Are is about a girl named Regina who is best friends with the most popular girl in school, Anna. She is the second in command of the Fearsome Five. But then, she is ‘frozen out’ by her new ex-best friends after vicious rumors spread about her and Anna’s boyfriend. She is brutally bullied by the people she thought were her friends and was forced to seek solace with the only person who probably hated her the most; Michael Hayden someone she had taken part of bullying into isolation. Just as their friendship starts to become promising threats make her rethink their relationship. It is Mean Girls meets Pretty Little Liars.

Courtney Summers writing is beautiful in this. I loved it and I want more of this story. I hated Regina at times, but that is because she was a bully, then I loved her at times because she really seemed to be trying to be a better person. Overall, Regina has somehow found a way to make me like her even after all she has done. Give this book a try if you like revenge and seeing it unfold. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of The Plastics.
